Before we train, we meet with key stakeholders to gather information and conduct pre-assessment, facilitating our pre-planning for training
We individualize/customize training to meet your needs—each training is geared to your specific organization and your specific goals
We utilize relevant assessment tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the D.I.S.C., and the Conflict Dynamics Profile as needed
We provide follow-on assessment and reinforcement (“booster” sessions) to help you maintain your training gains
